From March 30 to April 6, 2018 Lifesong Community Church will be sending a team of seven to Gonaives, Haiti. Our team will work alongside staff from El Shaddai Ministries International in sharing Christ’s love with people. Find out more about their ministry at www.esmihome.org. As the Lord leads, we may serve the Haitian community through community ministry, relational ministry, prayer, and provision of basic medical care.
Our team this year consists of Angel Renteria, Bethany Endo, Carol Endo, Christian Kim, Craig Endo, Mark Shiraki, and Sarah Deanda
ANGEL RENTERIA : I am thankful to be able to go to Haiti and help serve. This will be my first time going to Haiti, so I’m not sure what to expect. I would like to hope that God has put me on this path and will help me do great things during the trip.
BETHANY ENDO: I am so thankful for the opportunity to return to Haiti. Please pray that God may use me to be a light and encouragement throughout this trip, but most of all to maintain a humble, open-minded perspective going in. I look forward to serving in this beautiful country!
CAROL ENDO: I am thankful
for the opportunity to go back to Haiti and connect with others in the family of God. I know that what God will be doing is far greater than anything that we might do in our own strength, and am excited to ride the wave of what He is doing in the world.
CHRISTIAN KIM: I am very excited to serve in Haiti this year. I believe God wanted me to take the next step in my faith and decided to join this year’s Haiti Team. I hope God will do great things through me, and that His love and grace be made evident to the people.
CRAIG ENDO: I am thankful to return to Haiti with this team as we serve in the Gonaives area of Haiti this year. 5 members are new to the team. It’s so much fun to see how the Lord moves in people’s’ hearts. Can’t wait to see howHe uses us!
MARK SHIRAKI : It’s such a blessing to be a part of a team and church that truly loves the Lord and seeks first His Kingdom and righteousness. It’s awesome to be able to be given the privilege of working to make Jesus’ Name great in other parts of the world. Thank you for your support and prayers!
SARAH DEANDA : I am very thankful and excited that I am able to have the opportunity to go to Haiti this year. I believe that God wanted me to go on this trip to connect with others in the family of God. I look forward to serving and spreading the good news in Haiti.
